Marian, I used two reds… alizarin and cadmium red. Both of these in combination with ultramarine blue.; 9:47 PM

Welcome to my painting blog. This is a record of paintings that I started in January of 2006. Most of these pictures are small intimate paintings of everyday subject matter ranging from a single orange to a simple landscape; favoring simplicity over complexity in composition. I paint mostly from life and am quite interested in how light affects different subjects.
