O.K. back to the snow. Although I've been warmer, painting these winter scenes has really been enjoyable for me. I especially like painting open spaces like this where there is high contrast; the mountains in the background verses the bright snow in the foreground. Nature really does provide some of the best subject matter just the way it is.

A fantastic painting. Looking at it, I almost feel as though I am there with the cows. Great emotion.
