Thanks Jilly. I like the word you used... tranquil. I suppose I do feel tranquil at times when painting. However, most of the time I would describe my mood as intensely focused or determined. Sometimes the more "tranquil" a piece appears the greater the intensity was required of me to make it. Funny isn't it?
