Although it's been awhile since I've posted a portrait I really do enjoy painting people. For me it takes more focus to paint people because the facial features are a real challenge. I plan to do more of these sketches in the future.

This is so lovely! I really like how loose everything is and then you've tightened up her face so that I focus on her eyes, perfect! I will be back to see more.
Absolutely beautiful! The expression the color the pose. The brush work worked really well. Hope you will post more of these.
